These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of [snugz.store] (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Snugz ("Snugz", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a legally binding contract. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and information

We sell the Snugz Body Align Pillow and related products. We take care to describe our products accurately, but product images, colours, and descriptions are for general guidance and may vary slightly from the item you receive.

Our product information, including any content about comfort, sleep posture, or alignment, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — for reasons such as product unavailability, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or an inability to meet delivery. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in [Australian Dollars (AUD)] and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party payment providers.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address supplied by you.

7. Consumer guarantees and your rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits these rights.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds outside your ACL rights are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against any loss, damage, or expense we reasonably incur arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
